1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and using services provided by EveReady Transportation Services (“EveReady”), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These terms are subject to change without notice.
2. Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
- All payments are processed securely via Square.
- Square’s terms govern any issues related to refunds, chargebacks, or returned payments.
- No cash payments are accepted for pre-arranged transportation.
3. Cancellation, Refunds & No-Shows
- More than 5 Days Before Pickup: Full refund minus a 20% processing fee.
- 5 Days or Less Before Pickup: No refund. A one-time credit may be issued for future travel (valid for 12 months).
- Within 24 Hours of Pickup: No refunds or credits will be issued.
- No-Shows: Will be charged the full fare, no exceptions.
Refunds (when applicable) are issued to the original payment method within 15–20 business days.
4. Flight Delays & Schedule Changes
- If your flight is delayed, contact us immediately. We will do our best to adjust your pickup time.
- Schedule changes are not guaranteed and may result in a missed reservation if not communicated in advance.
- No refunds are issued for missed pickups due to unreported delays.
5. Liability: Injury & Personal Belongings
- EveReady maintains fully permitted commercial insurance.
- We are not responsible for bodily injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Passengers are responsible for supervising minors and managing their own personal items.
- By using our services, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify EveReady from claims arising from your own actions or those of others.
6. Pickup Timing & Grace Period
- A 5-minute grace period is allowed at your scheduled pickup time.
- If passengers are not present and ready within this window, our drivers may proceed to the next assignment.
- The full fare remains due for missed pickups.
7. Safety & Conduct
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
- Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any client or group that poses a safety risk to our drivers, vehicle, or other passengers.
8. Child Safety Seats
- Booster seats and car seats are available upon request at no additional cost.
- It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure proper installation and fit.
9. Pets & Animals
- Pets and registered service animals are permitted
- Please notify us during booking if an animal will be traveling.
10. Force Majeure
EveReady is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: weather, road closures, natural disasters, acts of God, or civil unrest.
11. Independent Contractor Status
Some drivers operate as independent contractors. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship between EveReady and any contractor.
12. Travel Agent Bookings
- EveReady proudly partners with licensed travel agents.
- Travel agents may book transportation on behalf of their clients. By doing so, they agree to these terms on behalf of their client.
- Agents must ensure all client information (including flight changes, group size, and any special requests) is accurate and submitted at the time of booking.
- Commissions (if applicable) are issued only after service is completed and paid in full.
- EveReady reserves the right to decline bookings from agents who do not adhere to policies or who repeatedly provide incomplete or incorrect information.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida at client expense.
